Is Cardio The Secret To How To Get Rid Of Belly Fat?

Have you ever noticed how short distance runners have such great bodies? With their tight abs and rippling physique it seems they have the answer to how to get rid of belly fat.

With all the running and sprinting they do it’s no surprise they look so lean, but is cardio their only secret to lose belly fat quick? If you thought ‘Yes’ then you might be the type who spends all their time on the treadmill.

However you’d be wrong to think that cardio only is going to help you lose belly fat quick. Sure cardio is healthy and it can help you lose weight, but it’s not going to help rid of that annoying pooch around the belly. What’s more, without intensity in your workouts, often the results are pitiful.

You see, runners don’t spend all their time on the track and treadmill. You can’t build rippling biceps and abs through running alone. What’s more, you can’t compare your hour in the gym a week, to their daily intensive training. So unless you plan to quit your day job and spend all day in the gym, it’s just not going to happen.

Although sprinters hold the answer to how to get rid of belly fat, you don’t necessarily want to do exactly as they do to lose belly fat quick.
