Although there’s no secret to how to get rid of belly fat, there are millions overweight or obese. In the U.S one third of the population is overweight. So is this a case of laziness or do people fail to understand how to get rid of belly fat?


Perhaps it’s a little of both but it’s not impossible to lose belly fat quick with just common sense alone. Then again common sense seems to be something that a fifth of Americans are lacking. Shockingly in a recent survey 20% of Americans thought that the sun revolved around the earth!

The problem with losing weight, is sticking with a regime that works. Getting the initial motivation can be hard for some, sticking with a diet plan is even harder. In reality, it’s not difficult to lose belly fat quick, however most people will give up at the first hurdle.

What makes it difficult to stick with an exercise and diet plan is the fact that there are too many temptations. Slimming aids and products offer hopes of how to get rid of belly fat without effort. Often these false hopes lead the unsuspecting victim into a long road of failure.
